I am a Technical Support Engineer at Spectrum Enterprise, specializing in voice, internet, and video services with expertise in fiber and coax connections. My professional journey began as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, where I honed my leadership skills by managing a team of eight personnel, successfully completing high-pressure tasks, and serving as the Unit Prevention Leader (UPL) administering substance abuse testing. I have developed a strong foundation in server and cloud administration through my previous participation in the Washington Vet-to-Tech Program at Saint Martin's University. This included configuring and troubleshooting DNS, Active Directory, Azure AD, PowerShell, and SQL Server, as well as implementing virtualization technologies like Hyper-V Manager and cloud infrastructure solutions for Microsoft Azure and AWS. With hands-on experience in network administration, I am progressing toward my Network+ certification and have gained proficiency in Linux administration, Ansible, IPv4 addressing, subnetting, Group Policy Objects, and VPN technologies.
